Arriving for your appt
Enter through the main glass doors. Suite 315 is on the first floor at the end of the hall to the left. There’s no need to knock or use the doorbell.
Enter the suite and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area; your provider will greet you at your appointment time.
Parking & public transit
Free parking is available in the building lot. Nearby bus stops include SW Beaverton-Hillsdale & Western and SW 5th & Western. The Beaverton Transit Center is about one mile away.
Accessibility
The building is fully accessible, with ADA-accessible restrooms on the 1st floor.
