Meet Jordan

Hi! I’m Jordan Wolfe (she/they), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon. I work with teens and adults ages 15 to 45 and a select number of families. I offer virtual sessions and in-person appointments in Beaverton.

I support people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and the complicated ways our experiences can shape how we see ourselves. I’m especially drawn to working with people who know a lot about their patterns but still feel stuck in them. I don’t approach therapy as a place to “fix” you. I’m interested in helping you get to know all the parts of yourself, including the ones you may have learned to hide or dislike.

You Might Be a Good Fit If...

You’re curious about what could change if you felt more at ease being yourself. You may be:

  • An overthinker who understands your thoughts and behaviors but has trouble changing familiar patterns.

  • Feeling like your emotions are “too big” or that you take up too much space.

  • Successful on paper but still feeling unfulfilled or disconnected.

  • Living with the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression.

  • A teen who feels misunderstood, or a parent trying to understand your child more fully.

  • Looking back on a childhood that seemed “good on paper” but left you feeling alone or unseen.

  • Unsure about trying therapy again because a past experience didn’t give you what you needed.

  • Looking for a therapist who brings warmth, directness, humor, and their real personality into the room.

How I Work

The relationship we build is central to our work. I want you to be able to tell me what you need, what is helping, and what isn’t. Some weeks we may spend time with a painful experience or notice what is happening in your body. Other weeks we may talk through what is going on in your daily life—or play a game of Uno while we connect.

I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I laugh, joke, notice things, and speak directly, while staying attentive to what feels safe and useful for you. I try to follow your lead rather than impose the same structure on every session. Above all, I want our work to be grounded in authenticity, kindness, and trust in the wisdom you already carry.

My Approach

My approach is eclectic, with a strong focus on emotions and the body. I especially value Internal Family Systems (IFS), which offers a way to build a different relationship with the parts of yourself that may feel painful, loud, or hard to accept.

Deep exploration isn’t always what someone needs in a given moment. When stability and predictability need to come first, I adjust our work accordingly. I also bring specialized training in complex childhood trauma through Trauma Systems Therapy and the Neurosequential Model.
