Psychiatric Medication
Medication Support for Your Mental Well-Being
We take an integrative approach to mental health care by offering personalized medication management and whole-person care. We combine evidence-based treatments – such has medications, supplements, and talk therapy with practical tools like stress management, diet and lifestyle support, and mindfulness tools. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, or relationship issues, our goal is to empower you with knowledge and strategies to improve your well-being to support real, lasting progress.
Seeing a psychiatrist who provides both talk therapy and medication means you get a more complete, connected approach. You don’t have to choose between emotional support and medical care—we address both, in one place, with one provider who understands how they work together.
Our approach might be for you if:
You’re not sure if medication is right for you and want to explore your options.
You’ve tried therapy before but feel something more is needed.
You want care that treats your whole self—emotional, mental, and biological—through one thoughtful, personalized plan.
-
Medication can be a helpful option if therapy alone isn’t enough. Our providers work with you to determine the best treatment plan, discussing your symptoms, medication options, potential side effects, and how to manage them.
To ensure safe and effective care, it’s important to follow your prescribed treatment plan, attend follow-up appointments, and communicate any changes in your health. Please note that we do not automatically take over prescriptions from other providers. Our goal is to provide personalized, values-based care that supports your overall well-being.
-
To receive refills, you must have an upcoming appointment and have been seen within 60 days. Dosage changes occur only during appointments. Schedule follow-ups at least a week before running out and submit refill requests 5 days in advance. Prior authorizations may take up to 7 business days. Prescriptions include refills until your next visit.
-
We offer telehealth psychiatric medication management services. Recent vitals may be required for telehealth care. Services begin with a 50-55 minute assessment to discuss your history and develop a treatment plan. Medications may not be prescribed at the first visit. Psychiatric follow-ups last 25-30 minutes, starting biweekly or monthly and may extend to every 1-3 months as symptoms improve.
