Associate Therapist
We have openings for registered associates to join our team under the supervision of Matt Lauzon, LCSW, Tressa Ernst, LCSW, Camille Alenduff LCSW, CADC I, and Lysette Herrera, LPC.
We are a team of values-based clinicians who embrace collaboration with their colleagues, community, and clients. Furthermore, we prioritize the delivery of ethical and affirming care for all individuals. At Psychological Services Connection, you will provide therapy and counseling to enhance well-being. You will have the opportunity to work with a client population seeking mental health care from values-based clinicians. As a therapist, you'll have the freedom to offer therapeutic services that align with your interests, experiences, and the needs of the client population. Additionally, you'll have the chance to provide individual, family, and group therapy for a diverse range of concerns.

We believe in giving you the freedom to manage your own schedule. You have the flexibility to customize your work week, choosing from a combination of telehealth and in-person therapy appointments. We are currently looking to hire providers interested in hybrid or in-person work at our Westside office.

Our offices are situated in modern, collaborative spaces in Beaverton, Central Eastside Portland, Downtown Portland and SE Portland Sellwood. Each building is thoughtfully designed, offering private therapy rooms, group therapy spaces, telehealth-only rooms, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. Moreover, all our facilities are ADA-compliant and accessible to individuals of all body types and genders.

We strive to make your professional life easier by taking care of administrative tasks such as credentialing and billing. Additionally, we provide access to efficient tools like the Valant electronic health record system, Office 365 (including Teams), and Zoom (telehealth, phone, fax, text). You can also benefit from our extensive referral network and partnerships within the community.

We believe in acknowledging your expertise and dedication. Employees receive a salary based on their self-selected weekly service unit commitment and self-selected paid time off (minimum of 3 weeks PTO).
Associate therapists typically earn between $78,000 and $102,000 annually, based on working 20-26 service units per week with 3 weeks of PTO.
Licensed master's therapists typically earn between $83,000 and $108,000 annually, based on working 20-26 service units per week with 3 weeks of PTO.
Licensed psychologists typically earn between $109,000 and $141,000 annually, also based on working 20-26 service units per week with 3 weeks of PTO.
We prioritize flexibility and choice when it comes to your work week. You can select the average number of service units you wish to commit to, ensuring a consistent monthly salary. Whether you opt for 12 service units per week or 35 service units per week, all employees receive our comprehensive benefit package.
Employees enjoy a range of benefits, including employer sponsored medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, and a flexible spending account. Employees also receive a 401k with 4% matching, annual malpractice coverage, a work expenses stipend that can be used for eligible expenses such as continuing education or computers/equipment.

Your growth as a professional is important to us. Full-time clinicians can avail a stipend to pursue training outside of PSC. Moreover, we offer no-cost CEU opportunities through our continuing education series. As part of our commitment to your well-being, your stipend includes coverage of a wellness membership to a locally owned and operated organization of your choice.
