Our Westside office is located in Beaverton at Park Plaza West, Executive Building 2, on the 1st floor in Suite #315.

Free public parking is available in the building's large parking lot. The office is about one mile from the Beaverton Transit Center. The closest bus stops are SW Beaverton-Hillsdale & Western, and SW 5th & Western. The building is fully accessible, with ADA-accessible restrooms on the first floor.

Enter the building through the main glass doors. Suite #315 is on the first floor at the end of the hall to the left. Enter the suite (no need to knock or use the doorbell).

Once in the suite, make yourself comfortable in the waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages. Your therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
