Our downtown Portland office is located at Industrious Pioneer Square, on the 10th floor (Suite 1000). It’s accessible via public transportation, with paid on-street parking available. Enter through the glass doors under the "SIXTH" sign, using the code 10003 if the door is locked. Elevators are accessible from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays; outside of these hours, your therapist will greet you at the main door on 6th Avenue.
The building is fully accessible, with elevator access and gender-neutral restrooms. Once on the 10th floor, relax in the waiting area with complimentary beverages and snacks. Your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.

Our Eastside Portland office suite is located at SE Lafayette and 20th Avenue in the Bruun Construction building. Ring the buzzer and a member of our team will unlock the glass doors. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow PSC signs to enter the suite, where there are several areas to sit and wait for your therapist. The building is accessible with elevator access and single-user restrooms open to all genders.
Nearby public transit stops include 17th & Rhine or Powell & 21st. Free parking is available on nearby streets.

Our Beaverton office is located at Park Plaza West, Executive Building 2, on the 1st floor. Enter through the main glass doors, and you'll find Suite #315 at the end of the hall to the left. Public parking is free. The office is about 1 mile from the Beaverton Transit Center. The closest bus stops are SW Beaverton-Hillsdale & Western, and SW 5th & Western.

Scouter’s Mountain Nature Park is nestled in the neighborhoods of Happy Valley. With wooded trails and a gorgeous view of Mt. Hood, it is the perfect spot for bringing therapy to the outdoors.
Our eco-therapy specialty service (walk-and-talk therapy) is a nature-based modality that promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing by fostering a connection with the natural world.
Meet your therapist at the main parking lot (address above). You’ll pass through a neighborhood, a small gravel lot on the left side of the street, and go through the main gate. Scouter’s Mt. has restrooms and drinking fountains.

Intake
Starts with an assessment (50-55 minutes). You will chat about your current situation, your history, and goals. A plan for treatment will be made with your goals and plan for follow up
Follow-up Appointments
Appointments last 30-55 minutes. We'll start by understanding your concerns and work together toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. As symptoms improve, the frequency will reduce.

Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Office staff are available for scheduling during business hours only.
All providers keep their own schedule with some offering evening or weekend hours.
