What we’ll explore:

  • Understanding your relationship patterns

  • Triggers, anxiety, and the need for reassurance

  • Needs, boundaries, and communication

  • Intimacy and vulnerability

  • Self-trust

Who this group is for:

Do you find yourself overthinking relationships, worrying about rejection or abandonment, struggling to trust others, or feeling caught between wanting closeness and needing distance? This group is for those who have noticed the close connection between their anxiety and the relationships in their life and want to find ways to be close to others without feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety and stress.

What to expect:

Each session we will check in, do a group activity involving that week's theme, and then have a discussion about how the theme shows up for each of us in group, finding connection over shared experiences. I also use the framing of Parts Work and provide interventions around helping us understand the part of us that is having a big reaction in response to what may be going on in our relationships.
