Who this group is for
Learn ways to be more present in life and increase resilience to stress and pain.
Together, we will explore what mindfulness is and various practices for building present-moment awareness. Practices are designed to help us slow down and notice our experiences with less judgment. These include brief, informal practices as well as longer guided meditations.
What to Expect
We’ll explore mindfulness and self-compassion through brief informal practices and longer guided meditations. Between sessions, plan for 10-20 minutes of daily home practice. This gives you time to explore what resonates and bringing practices into your own routines.
