Meet Noah
Hi, I’m Noah Lavetter-Keidan (they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon. I offer individual therapy in person and through telehealth for adults ages 18–65. I work with people exploring gender, sexuality, relationships, anxiety, and the effects of trauma.
You might feel disconnected from your body, uncertain about what you want, or caught in patterns that no longer feel right. Therapy can offer space to slow down, get curious about those experiences, and move toward a life that feels more like yours.

How I Work
Connection comes first. I want you to feel comfortable showing up as yourself, and there is room for humor alongside difficult conversations. I’m an active therapist: I’ll ask questions, offer observations, and suggest ways to explore what you’re experiencing.
We might map different parts of yourself, check in with sensations in your body, or practice noticing thoughts and emotions with more compassion. We’ll use what we learn to help you understand your needs and take steps toward your goals.
My Approach
I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), also called parts work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches help us make space for difficult emotions, understand the different sides of ourselves, and choose actions that reflect what matters most.
My work also draws on experience supporting people after sexual trauma and sexual abuse, as well as current and former sex workers. I approach conversations about sexuality and sexual health with care, respect, and curiosity.
