Meet Camille

Hi, I’m Camille. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in what is actually happening in your life. My goal is to help you better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also identifying concrete ways to move toward the life and relationships you want.

You Might Be a Good Fit If...

You may be a good fit for working with me if you:

  • Are struggling with substance use or are navigating recovery.

  • Experience anxiety, depression, or difficulty managing stress.

  • Are working through trauma or experiences from the past that continue to affect you.

  • Feel stuck in difficult relationship or family patterns.

  • Are navigating grief, loss, or a significant life transition.

  • Appreciate a therapist who is engaged, practical, and willing to help you work directly on the problems bringing you to therapy.

How I Work

I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to be direct when that is helpful. We’ll work together to understand what is happening, identify patterns that may be contributing to the problem, and determine what might help things begin to shift.

Depending on what brings you to therapy, our work may involve developing practical coping strategies, exploring relationship and family dynamics, processing difficult experiences, or looking more closely at behaviors that have become difficult to change.

I want therapy to be a place where you feel supported while also having opportunities to challenge old patterns and try something different.

My Approach

My work is informed by relational and family-systems perspectives, which means we may look not only at what you are experiencing individually but also at the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped you.

When trauma or distressing experiences continue to feel stuck, I may also incorporate EMDR as part of our work.

My background in substance-use treatment also informs a nonjudgmental approach to understanding coping, addiction, recovery, and behavior change. Rather than reducing you to a diagnosis or behavior, we'll work to understand the larger context of what you are experiencing and what you want to be different.
