Whether it’s your first appointment or you’ve joined us before, a few simple steps can help you settle in and focus on your time together.
PSC telehealth appointments take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform.
Joining your appointment
Choose a private, comfortable space and check your internet connection, camera, and microphone.
Open the Zoom link in your appointment reminder, or find your provider on our telehealth appointment page.
Enter your provider’s Zoom waiting room. Your provider will admit you when your session begins.
What you’ll need
A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking. Headphones may help with privacy and sound.
Where you can attend
You’ll need to be physically located in a state where your provider is licensed to practice. Your provider will confirm your location at the beginning of each session. If you’ll be traveling, check with your provider before your appointment.
