Our team carefully reviews each inquiry and works to match clients with the provider and services that best fit their needs. This process takes into account factors such as your concerns, insurance, age, service requested, provider preferences, scheduling availability, and current openings.

Time Line

Because we receive more requests than available appointments, matching can take time. Clients who are flexible regarding appointment times, telehealth versus in-person services, and provider preferences are often able to be scheduled more quickly.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request. If we identify a provider match, we will contact you directly with next steps and available appointments. If you have not heard from us after 7 business days, you are welcome to follow up with our office.

We often have immediate openings in our therapy groups. Group therapy is an effective, research-supported treatment option that can help you build skills, find support, and make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
