Hello! I’m Natalie Goldfarb (she/they), a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC I) in Oregon. I offer individual and group therapy for adults virtually. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, mood concerns, as well as LGBTQ+ inclusive treatment.

Are you a good clinical fit?

Not every therapist is a good fit for every client and that’s okay! I offer free 15 minute consultations in order to vibe it out and see if we could be a match deeper work. We may be a good fit if you are wanting to work on developing or enhancing concrete skills to address behavioral or persistent mood concerns. In addition healing and addressing interpersonal trauma and current relational dynamics. I also could be a good fit for those who are in recovery from substance use or wanting to explore the possibility of harm reduction or abstinence.

My Approach

As a social worker, my approach is based in social justice and equity in all interactions. I often like to include big-picture social considerations in my work. I balance that with empowering clients to make behavioral changes to improve their daily lives. I utilize concepts from CBT, DBT, narrative therapies, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

I look forward to working with you!
