Hello! My name is Melissa Lulofs (she/her), and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Oregon. I see individuals (ages 21+) for virtual therapy. I specialize in Anxiety Disorders, OCD, and PTSD.

Are you a good clinical fit?

We may be a good fit if you are looking for support with anxiety, OCD, and/or PTSD. In particular, I enjoy working with people who identify as chronic people pleasers and are looking to learn more about healthy boundaries and healthy relationships, improve their sense of self-worth, and looking to live more authentically to themselves.

My Approach

I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) orientation and I operate from a trauma-informed lens. I have specific training in Written Exposure Therapy (WET) for PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Exposure Therapy for phobias, and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB). I value a collaborative approach to care and prioritize working together on your treatment plan goals throughout our time together, and I believe that a safe, respectful, and mutual relationship is at the center of our success together.

I look forward to working with you!
