ADHD Women’s Group

This group aims to support adult women with ADHD looking for connection, strategies for daily life, and ways to live their best life with ADHD! This group will include a mixture of skill building and processing, and is informed by systemic theory and the ACT therapy model. No materials are required for group.

Details:

  • Where: Virtual (Zoom)

  • Date & Time: Tuesdays from 1:00-2:15pm. September 22nd-November 3rd (8 weeks).

  • Other: Open to Oregon women ages 18+; Most insurances accepted.

Group Therapist

Marina Parker (she/her), is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializes in ADHD, anxiety, anger, and complex trauma. She encourages her clients to be authentically themselves and show up to therapy however they need to, and sees therapy as relational and collaborative.
