Whether your goal is to transition into long-term full-time employment or gain the foundational business tools to start your own private practice, we provide step-by-step mentorship and resources to help you reach your goals. If a licensed position is open when you obtain your license, you will have the opportunity to interview to join the team long-term.

  • Professional Growth & Peer Support

    Participate in regular peer case consultations and continuing education opportunities to refine your clinical approach and handle complex cases with confidence.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Active associate registration with the state licensing board.

  • Passion for evidence-based care, professional growth, and active participation in a collaborative practice community.
