Group Therapist

Hi! I’m Summer. I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion to help others gain a sense of empowerment and choice. I want to help people take back their life from the grips of trauma through building helpful coping strategies to improve their relationships, emotions, negative thinking and self-esteem. I found my “home” in the philosophy of Seeking Safety and spend my time leading therapy groups and teaching my fellow therapists how to help others through the Seeking Safety principles.

Curious? Here are few of Summer’s favorite Seeking Safety tools…..
