Substance Use Services

You’re Not Alone: Integrated Healing That Meets You Where You Are At.

We understand that substance use and mental health often go hand in hand—and you don’t have to face either one alone. Our addiction services are built around compassion, respect, and the belief that recovery looks different for everyone.

Whether you're just starting to think about change or have been on this path for a while, we’ll meet you where you are. Our team is trained in both mental health and substance use treatment, and we offer personalized support that honors your unique story, values, and goals.

Through individual and group therapy, skill-building, and trauma-informed care, we focus on helping you find your own motivation for change and build the tools you need to move forward—at your own pace. We’re here to support your whole self, every step of the way.

Your Path, Your Pace

Many people who struggle with substance use also deal with mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress. It’s all connected—which is why it makes sense to treat them together, not separately.

Integrated therapy with a therapist who is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor’s (CADC) means that they understand both substance use and mental health, and work with you to support the full picture of what you're going through. This kind of care is built to treat you as a whole person, not just one part of your experience.

Therapy focused on substance use (or other addictions) and mental health concerns (often called “dual diagnosis”) is a space to examine, understand, and make changes on how substance use can impact your life, relationships, and mental health. At its core, integrated substance use & mental health care is about treating you, not just your diagnosis. It’s a powerful way to move toward healing, balance, and a life that feels more like your own.

Individual Therapy

Your Path, Your Pace: Focused Support for Change

One safe space to talk about everything. You don’t have to split your story between therapists, you can talk openly about both mental health and substance use without judgment. You might work together to help you get to the “why” behind your use or address if your substance use is a way to cope with emotional pain. Expect to build skills and coping strategies to support your mental health and reduce cravings or urges to use.

When you work on all parts of your life, not just symptoms, change tends to stick. Whether you’re ready to quit, cut back, or just explore your options, individual substance use therapy meets you where you are.
