Group Therapy

Untangled: A Space for Connection and Growth

This group is for adults navigating challenging relationships with emotionally immature parents. Even in adulthood, these relationships can feel confusing, painful, and isolating. This group offers a supportive space to connect with others who share similar experiences, so you don’t have to face them alone.

Together, we’ll explore themes of unmet needs, difficult emotions, and patterns that keep us feeling stuck. Our work will focus on recognizing what is—and isn’t—within our control, and redirecting our energy toward what we can influence: processing our own emotions, setting and maintaining boundaries, communicating effectively, and strengthening reliable sources of support.

The goal is to foster insight, healing, and connection as we move toward healthier ways of relating—to ourselves and to others.
