Hello! My name is Sarah Liang (she/her), and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon and California. I see individuals and families (ages 8+) for virtual sessions.

My Approach

I believe that the main focus of therapy is to alleviate an individual of unwanted suffering and distress in their life. I utilize an integrative approach combining tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused treatment, humanistic, and family systems therapy to assist individuals in reaching their full potential. It is my goal that together we can tailor treatment to best fit your needs while drawing on your natural strengths to collaboratively work towards your personal goals.

Over the past ten years, my work has spanned across school based services, community based therapy, clinic based therapy, as well as virtual services. During this time, I have worked with individuals ranging from children to older adults, performed family therapy, and group therapy. I have extensive training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, managing symptoms of chronic pain, child/adolescent ADHD evaluations, postpartum mental health, and safety planning.

I look forward to working with you!
