Are you a good clinical fit?

We may be a good fit if you are looking for support with anxiety and OCD-related difficulties.

My Approach

I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) orientation and I operate from a trauma-informed lens. I have specific training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Exposure Therapy for phobias, and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB). I value a collaborative approach to care and prioritize working together on your treatment plan goals throughout our time together, and I believe that a safe, respectful, and mutual relationship is at the center of our success together.

I look forward to working with you!
