Are you a good clinical fit?

I am a good fit if you are looking for a clinician who provides compassionate, client-centered mental health care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring a culturally responsive approach to therapy, ensuring my clients feel seen, heard, and understood within the context of their unique backgrounds.

My Approach

With specialized training in integrative approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic theory, I strive to help individuals recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, enhancing their emotional well-being and ability to navigate life’s challenges. I also work with clients to explore the underlying dynamics and subconscious patterns that may contribute to persistent behaviors. My practice is grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique personal and cultural experiences, and in the belief that healing begins when clients feel safe, empowered, and supported. Above all, I am dedicated to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can grow, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

I look forward to working with you!
