Group Therapy

Harvesting Health - Fat-Affirming Habits for Fall & Winter

As the days get shorter, many people notice changes in mood, energy, and routine. This group provides tools and community for navigating seasonal challenges in a fat-affirming space.

Over 6 biweekly sessions, we’ll explore nourishment, rest, movement, boundaries, stress management, and self-compassion — with a focus on health gains, not weight loss. Sessions will include psychoeducation, coping skills, and processing.

Details:

  • Ongoing therapy groups offered at different times with rolling enrollment. 3 new groups will be starting in May including all genders, Women only and Men only. Please contact Dr. Karmel for details.

  • When: October 7th - December 16th, every-other Tuesday from 5:15-6:15 for 6 sessions.

  • Other: Open to Oregon residents ages 18+; Most insurances accepted.
