Explain Pain

This 6-week therapy group explores how the brain is involved in pain experiences— drawing from the Explain Pain Handbook: Protectometer. From this resource, we will also discuss practical strategies to help reduce and better cope with persistent pain. Purchasing the book is optional.

Details:

  • Where: Virtual (Zoom)

  • Date & Time: Mondays 1:00-2:00. April 20th - June 1st (skipping Memorial Day).

  • Other: Open to Oregon and Washington residents of all genders and ages 18+; Most insurances accepted.

Group Therapist

Tressa Ernst (she/her), is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.
